About Me
Saumya Radjindrin’s professional journey reflects a dedicated commitment to education, particularly in the Montessori environment. Her transition from the software sector to education showcases her passion for understanding the potential of each child through Montessori principles.
Saumya’s educational background includes a PG Diploma in Educational Leadership from the Sundaram Educational Trust. Her curiosity and commitment to exploring different teaching and learning styles led her to attain the Cambridge International certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL).
Meeting her mentor, Mrs. Trayee Sinha, played a pivotal role in Saumya’s transformation from a classroom teacher to an educational leader. This shift emphasized the humility required in serving as an educational leader and being worth of the child’s development.
Saumya’s professional experience spans across diverse boards of schools, including differently-abled schools and government-aided institutions. This varied experience provided her with deeper insights into the challenges educators face. She has actively collaborated with school leaders to streamline institutional functional areas, such as policy development, team building, recruitment, training educators and students, and coordinating with consultants.
Mentoring holds a special place in Saumya’s heart, and she has been instrumental in guiding her team and other educational leaders within the institution. She believes that a true leader inspires and empowers the team to recognize the light from within. Prayaas, for Saumya, is not just a professional pursuit but a genuine endeavour where she collaborates closely with her mentor. Her ultimate aspiration is to empower educators and provide support to parents, helping them evolve and find joy in their respective journeys.
