About Me
Padmavathi’s professional journey reflects a dynamic evolution from the world of technology to impactful roles in communication, education, and organizational leadership. A graduate in Computer Science Engineering, she began her career with internships in the tech domain, gaining foundational technical experience that continues to shape her analytical and problem-solving approach.
Her transition began with a role as a Public Speaking Expert, where she mentored young learners to communicate confidently and effectively.
Later her journey with an NGO gave the opportunity for a multifaceted role encompassing HR, administration, operations, finance, and stakeholder engagement.
Padmavathi brings with her a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, enabling her to approach institutional challenges with clarity, structure, and innovation.
She embraced a new chapter at Prayaas as a Communicator. For her, this role is more than professional—it’s a mission to shape narratives, bridge communities, and contribute to the larger purpose of collective growth.
