About Me
Ms. Trayee Sinha began her journey 26 years ago as a primary educator in Kolkata. With a passion for creativity and connection, she advanced through roles as a Montessori Directress, trainer, curriculum developer, mentor, and an education analyst.
Her work spans early childhood to higher education, including leadership coaching and collaborations. Witnessing the challenges educators face, she deeply wanted to connect to them and as a certified coach, focussed on mindset building and professional growth.
She has trained thousands of educators and guided more than hundred school leaders across India.
Her commitment to empowering educators led to the endeavour, Prayaas – Enrich, Empower, Evolve, an initiative that mentors education leaders, trains educators, empowers women and supports parents for meaningful and progressive learning.
